What makes our maintenance plans different?

At Way Cool Plumbing & Air, our maintenance plan goes beyond a simple tune-up. We include premium services—like drain line clears, blower cleanings, and coil rinses—that other companies charge extra for. These add-ons protect your home, improve system efficiency, and extend equipment life, giving you more comfort and peace of mind year-round.

  • Drain Line Clear

Your HVAC system’s drain line plays a critical role in carrying condensation safely out of your home. When it clogs, water can back up and cause serious damage to ceilings, walls, and flooring. Our Drain Line Clear ($264 value) keeps that line flowing freely, preventing costly water damage and protecting your home’s comfort system.

  • One-Time Blower Pull and Clean

Your blower is the heart of your HVAC system, pushing conditioned air through your home. Over time, dust and debris build up, reducing efficiency and straining your system. With our One-Time Blower Pull & Clean, we carefully remove, clean, and reinstall your blower assembly, improving airflow, boosting efficiency, and extending the life of your equipment.

  • Outdoor Coil Rinse

Your outdoor coil takes the brunt of Arizona’s dust and debris. When it’s dirty, your system works harder and costs you more to run. Our Outdoor Coil Rinse safely removes buildup, helping your system breathe easier. Cleaner coils mean better cooling performance, lower energy bills, and less wear on your AC unit.

    Fall HVAC Maintenance

  • Are the plans automatically renewed?

No, we do not do reoccuring billing for maintenance plans. You will give approval for any renewal.

  • If there's an issue after my maintenance, will I be charged?

All Maintenance Appointments come with a 30-day recall period. Depending on what the system is doing, we will quote accordingly after diagnosis.

  • What is an Indoor Coil Cleaning?

    • All systems have an indoor (evaporative) coil as well as an outdoor (condensing) coil.
    • Indoor coils directly impact airflow and the amount of power your system pulls to push air.
    • We use non-acidic, no odor solutions to efficiently and safely clean this part of your system.
    • This is not included in any maintenance plan and only done as needed.
  • Do the plans come with filters?

They do not, but if you supply a filter during our appointment, we will change it as a courtesy!

  • Does the plumbing inspection include a water heater flush?

If it is a tank, yes! If you have a tankless system, the flush is avaiable at a discounted add-on rate.

What type of units do we service?

No matter what kind of system keeps your home comfortable, our team has you covered. We service:

  • Split Units – The most common residential setup, with an indoor air handler and outdoor condenser working together.

  • Package Units – All-in-one systems often found on rooftops or ground pads, perfect for Arizona homes and businesses.

  • Mini-Splits – High-efficiency ductless systems that give you flexible comfort and zoning control.

  • Water Source Equipment – Specialized systems that draw heating and cooling from a water loop, commonly used in condos and commercial spaces.

From routine maintenance to complex repairs, our certified technicians have the training and experience to keep every type of unit running strong.
